[Paraview] Youngs method for material interface reconstruction

Hi all,

Here attached is a plugin with new filters that enable material
interface reconstruction using the Youngs method. Compared to the legacy
algorithm, it has been generalized to accept arbitrary mesh types and
thus can be used for visualizing material interfaces of Eulerian or ALE
simulation codes outputs.

Load the testing.pvsm file to have a pipeline example.

Building the pipeline for your own needs is not trivial and heavily
depends on your data, so I cannot explain here all possible ways to use
this plugin.
