[Paraview] Copy & Paste Plugin Toolbar

Hi,

I wrote a small Copy & Paste Plugin for ParaView and wanted to share it. 
You can copy a branched filter stack consisting of standard filters, all 
parameters should get transferred automatically. It's a very basic 
plugin and there is still a lot of room for improvement, so if you've 
got any modifications, please share them here...
