[Paraview] Visualize slice thickness?

In an image in a vtk file, one can set the spacing in each dimension. When
you visualize slices of the image in paraview, it shows an infinitely thin
slice through the cell/voxel centers. Is it possible to visualize the actual
voxels as a grid of 3d rectangular prisms (like a wall of bricks), each with
dimension the same as the image spacing?
