[Paraview] something doesn't work well ?

Hi all,

I am work with Paraview (3.6.1) and with linux.
I can see something trouble when I launch my Python script on the cluster.
I have never seen the same time for the same work.
Sometime I have about 4 seconds or sometime I have about 18 seconds. I link a file with copy screen I can see.
I don't understand why a same work with python paraview I haven't a same work.
I can see sometime it do 6 vtkPainterPolyDataMapper instead of 2. 
Another time, it do 8 vtkPVGeometryryFilter instead of 6.
???
Somebody will have a idea on what is the probleme ?
