[Paraview] Ellipsoid glyphs

[Thorsten Hater]

There is a request concerning ellipsoid glyphs/source on the feedback site,
so I voted for that.
As a quick fix, how do I enable vtk filters in ParaView?
I know that it was possible a while ago, but the wiki entry is out of 
date (seems
to refer to 2.X)
