[Paraview] Where is 3.6 ?

Hi Randall,
There is a problem with a corrupt DLL in the windows amongst some other
problems. They are being resolved as we speak and the download should be
re-enabled later today or early tomorrow at the latest. I apologize for the
inconvenience.
