[Paraview] visit plugin error reading cgns

Hello

I think that Luc is speaking about the Windows version but there is a 
similar problem on the Linux64-x86 version: it is impossible to load the 
VisIt plugin from the binaries:

> Using "Tool / Manage plugins" menu from the "(PV installation root 
> folder)/bin/plugins/VisItReaderPlugin" folder gives me this error:
> QLibrary::load_sys: Cannot load 
> /tmp_user/eos060/grenon/paraview-3.6.1-Linux-x86_64/bin/plugins/VisItReaderPlugin/libVisItReaderPlugin.so 
> (liblightweight_visit_vtk.so: cannot open shared object file: No such 
> file or directory)
I checked that libVisItReaderPlugin.so and liblightweight_visit_vtk.so 
both existed in the binaries tree.
