[Paraview] Plugin XLM files

I am guessing by vtkStreamTracer plugin you mean the standard stream
tracer included in ParaView. Look at
ParaView3Src/Servers/ServerManager/Resources/filters.xml

If you search for "StreamTracer" in this file, you will find the
corresponding XML that paraview uses for this filter.
