[Paraview] Building Plugin PV3.5 (Newbie)

For new plugins you need to add the following two lines to the
CMakeLists.txt (you can add them to the examples in ParaView3/Examples
and build them separately).


FIND_PACKAGE(ParaView REQUIRED)
INCLUDE(${PARAVIEW_USE_FILE})
