[Paraview] displaying all point labels without manual selection

Try manually making a selection by id in the inspector of some id not in
data, then turning on invert selection.

The reason it isn't easier to do it is that most scientific datasets have
too many points and cells to display meaningully, or efficiently as text on
the client.
