[Paraview] MJPEG instead of MPEG4 (issue 8925)

Forgot to mention that the strange coloring of the "rotation-centre- 
cross" (or whatever it is called) is probably due the chroma-planes  
subsampling required by the theora encoder (I know, hate it too).
