[Paraview] MJPEG instead of MPEG4 (issue 8925)

Yep, looks like the YUV planes are shifted, or something. But the  
first frame is fine. Very strange. Stupid thing is, I can't compile a  
64-bit version on my Mac, because the Qt-Carbon libraries are only ppc/ 
i386.
