[Paraview] Default properties

Almost every time I open a file, I find myself immediately going and
changing the point size from 5 to 2, changing the colors to my color vector,
and changing the display type from "surface" to "point".  I have many
colleagues who complain about the same thing. If you open say 5 files, this
is an extra ~ 25 mouse clicks, which gets very tedious if you're doing this
all day. Is there anyway (besides editing the source, clearly) that we can
set these things to be defaults?
