[Paraview] Writing IntegrateAttributes to CSV using Python

I am not sure how the filters are defined, but isn't there a way that I
manually could add the filter or so ?
I have the vtkAttributeDataToTableFilter.h and
vtkAttributeDataToTableFilter.cxx files, just not in Paraview :(
