[Paraview] Should I put the files I include in my reader in the source folder ?

Hello, everyone!
I am trying to build a reader Plugin into ParaView
 In my reader code, I include my own c++ file to get the actual data and put
the data into a data object in reader code! So, should I put my own c++ code
with reader code into the same folder, and then run the CMake to produce the
source?
