[Paraview] Paraview Plugin

Hello Lee Shi Yun,

Any plugins that you make must be built from the source code.  Plugin source codes are upward compatible so you can build a plugin for 3.2.3 and it will recompile to work on 3.3.1 .  To build a plugin from source code requires that you have built ParaView from source code as well.
