[Paraview] image data extents are not displayed in Information tab

At the top of RequestData() method how are you getting the output
object? Maybe that has something to do with it?
You can take a look at my code <http://echo1.bluequartz.net/viewvc/CTMD/PVPhaseField/src/Readers/vtkH5PhaseFieldReader.cpp?view=markup
