[Paraview] Internalisation of, 2D vs 3D

I have asked about internationlization as well.  I got as far as
seeing that the mesh readers would automatically support utf8
encoding, as they are merely strings of 8 bit chars.  It would then
take telling Qt that the strings are the strings are encoded in UTF-8
instead of ascii.

Unfortunately I don't have the time to investigate this further.
