[Paraview] Installation

Dear friends,
I'd like to install the CVS...
I have tried to follow the "build and installation guide" @
http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView:Build_And_Install but I've found
it impossible to install everything.
I have problem with Qt...

In fact I have Qt-4.3 instead of Qt-4.0...
Do you think that creating a symbolic link could be a good idea?

In this case, which is the symbolic link that I should create??? I mean,
which are the right files I need???
