[Paraview] setting up server connections

Dear Paraview users,

I have PV-3.4 setup and running thanks to your help - I want to roll this
out to users and would like to set up the client/server connections using
some default settings - I found some xml in my
$HOME/.configure/paraview which describes the settings for server
connections.

Can some one tell me, how I can make this available system wide?  How can I
tell PV to look in some particular directory for client/server settings when
it starts up, so that all the user has to do is click on a particular
connection and connect to the server for necessary visualisation.
