[Paraview] HDF5 image data file supported?

When I asked the same question a couple of months ago Berk said that it was accidentally left out of 3.2.1 but would be in the next version. In the CVS version from a few weeks ago the File->Open dialog's choice of file types still does not include HDF5.

The best workaround seems to be to use the XDMF reader which requires that you create a simple XML file to describe the HDF5 file.
