[Paraview] Converting pvsm Files from 3.2.1 to CVS

We generally plan to support backward compatibility automatically in 
ParaView. There are some known cases which are not handled such as those 
involving the old "multi-group" filters.

Can you share the state file for which you are having difficulty so that 
we can fix any other missed changes?
