[Paraview] Cannot save animations with Paraview-3.3.0

I'm not sure whether it is related to that fix, but "Annotate Time"
doesn't work with the latest cvs. It works with
http://paraview.org/files/v3.3/May08/paraview.app-3.3.0-Darwin-i386.dmg
and I remember that it also worked with the previous cvs.
