[Paraview] vectors' and scalar's field in glyph

Hello,
I use a glyph on my model in order to observ my vector's field. 
Nevertheless, some scalars' values (such as pression or temperature) are 
added on the model. And when I change this scalar, it changes the 
intensity of my vector's fields. Also, what's the meaning of this 
scalars? is it possible not to display them?
