[Paraview] Paraview 3.2.1 ccmake problem

Hi,

When trying to configure Paraview build 3.2.1 with ccmake I get the
following errors:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:21 (GET_PROPERTY):
get_property not given a PROPERTY <name> argument.
CMake Error at VTK/CMakeLists.txt:26 (GET_PROPERTY):
get_property not given a PROPERTY <name> argument.
CMake Error at VTK/Utilities/vtktiff/CMakeLists.txt:39 (EXPORT):
export Unknown arguments.
CMake Error at VTK/Utilities/MaterialLibrary/CMakeLists.txt:19 (EXPORT):
export Unknown arguments.

I couldn't find any similar problems in the archives, I have installed
Qt 4.2.3 from source and checked that qtdemo works, I have also
managed to compile VTK. I am running Centos 5.1 x86_64. Any
suggestions will be much appreciated,
