[Paraview] Building CVS - pvbatch is not installed

Actually, I misspoke. There is an install target for pvbatch. I just
verified that it gets installed as part of my nightly binary build for
snapshots. That build has rpath turned off. I am now testing with
rpath on. Can you verify if this is still happening?
