[Paraview] CVS problems with custom filters

I updated a couple of the linux machines at my workplace today and 
encountered a problem with some filters. We are having a couple filters 
that used to work now fail when either trying to set ouput or double 
arrays. The problem stemming from the array sizes now being multiple 
times larger than expected. Did something change, or is this a bug?
