[Paraview] center of rotation

On ParaView 3.2.1, try using the icon that looks like a counter clockwise green circle with a black arrow into the center of it.  If it doesn't exist, right click on one of the empty areas of the toolbars (top of ParaView), and enable "Center Axis Controls".

How does one change the center of rotation in 3.2.1? Can you choose a point on the image and and click on it to change center of rotation to that point.
