[Paraview] EnSight Gold reader, bug 6003 and VTK Composite Redesign

I suggest updating to the current cvs first. If it is still crashing,
it is worth tracking this down because all those changes are already
in paraview (as of 2 weeks ago). If this is still happening on cvs, it
would be very useful if you could provide an example dataset.
