[Paraview] CVS version: No pause button in VCR conrol tool bar

Hi,

I'm having this problem too, also on other platforms (OS X,
Linux). I've used Qt-4.2 as the workaround but the recent change to
enforce Qt 4.3 made it invalid. Can anyone give us a suggestion?
