[Paraview] Problem in client/server mode --- missing polygons

Thanks for the tips, Scott. But the problem's not gone.

When I exit Paraview, I see a message, saying "MPI Application rank 0 
exited before MPI_Init() with status 0". Does that give you a clue to 
identify the problem.
