[Paraview] Scalars attribute for multiple set of scalar data

The Contour filter can only create contours for one scalar variable at a time.

Have you tried using two instances of the Contour filter, each creating 
contours from one of your variables? Each instance should provide a popup menu 
that lists your two variables.

Please also mention the version of ParaView and the OS you are using.
