[Paraview] problem compiling: debian, 64bit, gcc 4.3.1

As you can see, we use openmpi in Debian sid. We compile paraview with -O2.

Generally, if you could help us get the standard package in debian to
do what you want, so that people don't have to compile their own
package, it'd be awesome. For example, here is one bug that is not
working:
