[Paraview] WG: reloading files

Hi
Unfortunately this an feature that we like to see for a few years now:

Reloading a file

Even having a multi step pvd files doesn't fix that problem (when existing
files get overridden...).
Seems to be one of the hardest problems at all and I'm wondering why this
isn't a problem to other groups...

In Paraview 2.6.x this could be done by a little trick (just renaming the
file twice). But this one doesn't work since 3.x.
