[Paraview] 3D surface plot with x yz data

Hi all,

I'm would like to plot a 3D surface from x y z ascii data with x and y being 
the coordinates in 2D and z the value of scalar wich I want to be plotted 
like a surface in the third dimension.

I have already look in the mailing list but I'm not able to make this kind of 
plot. 

Any ideas ?
