[Paraview] pvbatch

Hi Alan,

The following documents talks about servermanager scripting used by
pvbatch: http://paraview.org/Wiki/images/f/f9/Servermanager2.pdf

The pvbatch application is normally run the same way as pvserver
(without a client).
