[Paraview] plugin for 3D Delaunay

I use VS 2003.net and typically I build Qt with Shared libraries  
(debug and release), build ParaView with Shared libraries, and then  
if I want to run from the build directory I have to copy all the Qt  
libraries into the bin/debug folder on windows.
