[Paraview] TCL scripting in paraview3.2.1

We switched from Tcl to Python in ParaView 3. If you want to  use Tcl
scripting, you have to download 2.6 which can be found here:
http://paraview.org/files/v2.6/ If you want to use Python scripting,
