[Paraview] Creating Plugins

Reproduced the problem on OS X 10.5.6 with latest Xcode tools and  
ParaView from CVS (probably pulled yesterday).

Removing the space between '//' and 'ETX' resolves the hang.

Tried to work through the code but didn't get very far. At least it is  
reproducible.
