[Paraview] Python CreateRenderView

GetRenderView() locates a registered render view and returns that. If no 
view is registered GetRenderView() will return NULL. To register a view use:

servermanager.Register(view)

You example becomes:
  from paraview import servermanager
  servermanager.Connect()
  view = servermanager.CreateRenderView()
  servermanager.Register(view)
  print servermanager.GetRenderView()
