[Paraview] volume rendering algorithm

You'll need CVS paraview, as Berk said.  Then it's in the object
inspector panel, under the style group box on the display tab.  The
Volume Mapper combobox will be enabled when the Representation
combobox is set to Volume (and if the data is unstructured grid).
