[Paraview] paraview on sparc, bus error

Hi,

in order for paraview to endup in Debian lenny, it needs to work on
sparc, and currently it fails with "bus error" when building[0],
however, we narrowed the problem down and thanks to many people and
especially Jurij Smakov, we have a patch that makes it work[1]. I
suggest you to read the whole bug report [0], to understand what's
going on.

Unfortunately, Jurij is then experiencing weird failures at different
point in the build (and many times the build succeeds) [2], so I
wanted to ask if anyone in the paraview list has any experiences with
paraview on sparc. Any help is appreciated.
