[Paraview] save animation interrupt

Hi,
I am using Paraview 3.3, and was wondering if there is any way to 
interrupt a "save animation" action: this one is running a pvd with a 
collection of 300 vtu
and takes quite a long time.
thanks a lot a any body having a trick.
