[Paraview] defining resolution when saving screenshot

  Hi

  I was explaining paraview to a coleague when I found out (ver. 3.2.3, 
install from debian package) that when saving screenshot he no longer asks 
for the output resolution :| How can I explicit this? I need high-res 
images for publication, any ideas?
