[Paraview] viewing vector images

The filters menu should be disabled when paraview starts. Until you
either read a file of use a source to create some data, there is
nothing to apply a filter onto.

After you load the file, be sure to push the accept button. Once you
do that the file will be fully loaded, and then the filters and
sources menus will be available again and ready to either create new
data, or operate on the data you have just loaded.
