[Paraview] reference for generating vtk file with xml syntax

Dear Kent
the only documentation about file format on vtk site is
http://vtk.org/pdf/pvtk.pdf which is extracted from VTK user guide book and
explained the XML syntax brifly. is there any other document with more
examples? (if the book is more complete and have more examples i will buy
it.)
