[Paraview] I have some questions with installing the paraview

Hello everyone ,
I have some troubles in Installing the paraview.I have downloaded the
paraview-qt-win-opensource-src-4.2.3, and installedt with the introduction
of "Obtaining GPL'ed Qt for windows.Then I expand the file
paraview-3.2.1.zip to a folder ,and I run the CMaker to configure it .But I
have run into this situation.
It  Shows that :
1.Qt was not found
2. Qt 4.2.2 or greater not found.Plaese check the QT_QMAKE_EXECUTABLE
variable.
3.Error in configuration process, project files may be invalid.

How can I do with it?
