[Paraview] Polyhedron support

>From recent communication with people at cd-adapco, it seems that they would
now be prepared to release their vtkPolyhedron class.
However, their implementation would be incompatible with what kitware is
reportedly developing.

There does not seem to be anything yet in the CVS sources ... or should I be
looking for a particular class?

How far along is the development and how the class is to be implemented?

Would it still be worthwhile to include the cd-adapco version as an
intermediate solution and/or as an alternative implementation?

The cd-adapco implementation /might/ have the advantage that it should
likely support non-convex polyhedra. If their implementation somehow fits
into VTK it would seem like a good idea to have it ASAP.
