[Paraview] Render window is blank after 'Save View Image' [PV261]

Just wanted to add that I used to get a similar problem all the time 
with pv2.x. After saving a screen shot, the interactors would be 
disabled in effect. It was no longer possible to rotate, pan, etc. I 
didn't get a blank screen, but nothing updated properly afterwards. 
Effectively it make PV unusable once I'd taken a snapshot and had to 
restart (this was linux/windows)
