[Paraview] paraview 3: cache geometry

Perhaps we should move the Cache Geometry (and Cache Limit) settings to
the Application Settings dialog. This would implicitly mean that the
value would be saved and would also mean that we could get rid of the
Animation Inspector, which the Animation View has pretty much made
obsolete.

Subject: [Paraview] paraview 3: cache geometry

Is there any way to save the "cache geometry" value as a default so that
each session this value is automatically toggled on/off. It appears to
be turned off for every new session, despite the fact that I checked the
box in the previous session. Paraview seems to keep a lot of other
values from session to session.
